Select Object |
Lets you select or deselect components, solid bodies, sheet bodies, curves, points, or groups to add or remove from the parts list. You can also select and deselect components from both the Assembly Navigator and the graphics window. |
| Component list | Lists the components added to the parts list. |
| Scope | Lets you specify which parts in the top assembly you want to display in the parts list. Use this in conjunction with the Top Level Assembly option to refine the parts you want to display in the parts list. | Top Level Assembly | Lets you specify the definition of the top assembly.

| Include Subassemblies | Includes or excludes the components of a subassembly when it is selected from the Assembly Navigator or from the graphics window. |

| Show | Adds callouts to one or more views on your drawing at the same time when you create the parts list. Callouts are added to the views in the order in which you select them. |
Select View |
Lets you select the views to add callouts to. You can select the views from the graphics window or from the Views List. |
Views List |
Displays the names of the views available for selection, as well the order in which the views are selected. |
Show All Views in Drawing |
Lists all the views from all the drawing sheets in the part. When selected, all views in the part are visible and available for selection. When cleared, only the views on the currently displayed drawing sheet are available for selection. |

| Settings | Displays the Parts List Settings dialog box and lets you change the appearance of the current parts list using the available settings. |
